About St James' Park
St. James' Park is a football stadium in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, and the home of Newcastle United. With a seating capacity of 52,719 it is the ninth-largest football stadium in England. It has been Newcastle United's home ground since 1892 and has been used for football since 1880. Its asymmetrical stands give the stadium a distinctive lop-sided appearance.
